For those that don’t already know, Michelle is now about 9 weeks pregnant. Also for those who don’t already know, how come we don’t talk anymore… But seriously, I’m gonna be a Daddy.
I am very excited, and slightly nervous or maybe nervous isn’t the right word, it is more a feeling of awareness. I am slightly more aware of things that I need to do to improve myself, to prepare for the coming of my child.
I just hope I can do for my child a mere fraction of the wonderful life my parents provided for me.

Since just about everyone I know has a rich uncle somewheres (except us.. we have uncle mike), then I guess that means I– by default– will be the rich uncle. sweet.
hopefully it’s not just a situation where I’m relatively rich, but actually filthy stinkin rich.
I’m working on the first two parts now.

You don’t need to improve on anything with yourself. You are already kind, caring, loving, understanding, intelligent and you have a great sense of humor (The somewhat limited experience that I have dealing with other people’s children has lead me to believe that the last one is the most important!) So I’m sure you’ll be great!
